Hari Core Fundamentals Series with T. Koei Kuwahara
Hari is a highly refined form of Classical Japanese Meridian Therapy. Through balancing the body’s ki, the root cause of disease is addressed and the presenting symptoms are effectively treated. Practitioners of this style train to develop an extraordinary ability to perceive ki through the practice of ki diagnosis, pulse-quality feedback, and non-insertive needle techniques.
Instructor T. Koei Kuwahara graduated from the Tokyo Therapeutic Institute (TTI) in 1979, followed by five years apprenticeship under Kodo Fukushima, renowned master and developer of the Toyo Hari system. Mr. Kuwahara has continued to develop the Hari (Kototama) style of acupuncture. He has 45 years of Aikido experience, is an assistant professor at NESA, and maintains a private practice in Watertown, MA.
